Standard Card Types

The standard card types are 4:3, square, 16:9, and panoramic. These are the building blocks for your app’s design.

4:3 (1024 x 768 pixels)

Square (576 x 576 pixels)

16:9 (1024 x 576 pixels)

Panoramic (1024 x 422 pixels)

Dynamic Home Screen (DHS)

If you are using the Dynamic Home Screen (DHS), we recommend keeping the most vital part of your image within 576 x 422 pixels.

Static Home Screen

The static home screen uses the panoramic template (1024 x 422 pixels). If you add an image that is exactly 1024 x 422 pixels, the full image will be displayed.

However, if you are using a larger image (i.e. 1024 x 576 pixels), only the center 1024 x 422 pixels will be displayed. We recommend keeping the most vital part of the image within 1024 x 422 pixels.

Standard and Rich Push Notifications

If you send a push notification containing an image, the image will display differently depending on the scenario. If a member of your community accesses the push notification from their lock screen, the image will be displayed using the square template (576 x 576 pixels):
